The central province of Quang Nam has granted a licence to two US companies, Tano Capital LLC and Global C&D, to build a US$4.15 billion eco-tourism zone in Dien Duong commune, Dien Ban district.
The Dragon Beach complex, the biggest ever FDI project in the central region, includes a deluxe hotel chain and apartment building, an entertainment area, a conference and trade centre and a park covering a total of 400 ha.
