Two Vietnamese students attend int’l media conference
Selected from a highly competitive field of more than 3,000 applicants, Nguyen Tran Mai Chi and Vo Thuc Phuong are attending Future News Worldwide (FNW) 2019, which is being held at the Thomson Reuters headquarters in London.

Joining 100 delegates from 53 countries from July 15 to 17, these student journalists have the chance to get insights from media leaders and build their own international connections.
Developed by the British Council in partnership with leading news and digital media organizations, FNW is an international media conference aiming to identify, train and connect the next generation of top international journalists.
As the media is increasingly the subject of news headlines, FNW 2019 presents a timely opportunity to focus on the universal values of objectivity, balance and evidence that underpin the profession.
These two promising young journalists are expected to become ambassadors to inspire other young potential student journalists to follow their passion in the future.
