Tuyen Quang seeks coordination to address Argentinean death
The Department for External Relations of the northern province of Tuyen Quang has informed the Embassy of Argentina in Hanoi on the death of an Argentinean national due to traffic accident.
The agency sent a document asking for coordination in handling relevant consular work on April 27.
The victim was Marcelo Humberto Verzenassi, born in 1985.
On April 25, he encountered a fatal accident on Highway 279 while riding a motorbike from Tuyen Quang to Bac Kan.
The crash with a car, driven by Tran Van Thai – a local resident in Luong Vuong commune, resulted in the Argentinean man’s instant death.
