To attract domestic tourists in September, Ho Chi Minh City continues to reduce prices. For instance, services for tours of Sa Pa, Ha Long, Hue and Hoi An were decreased by 5-10 percent compared to August. Vietnam Airlines will also reduce single tickets from VND1.06 million to VND810,000 on the Saigon-Hue-Da Nang route.

On the occasion, the city’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Tourism Association launched the “One day at a five-star hotel” programme to attract more visitors. Vietnamese citizens booking rooms from September 1 to October 31 will enjoy special discounts.
