Vietnamese people and astronomers will have the chance to see the second lunar eclipse on the night of December 10.

If weather permits, observers can fully enjoy this phenomenon, said Dang Vu Tuan Son, Head of the Vietnam Amateur Club of Astronomy (VACA).

The first lunar eclipse of the year occurred on the night of June 15.

VACA will join the Hanoi Amateur Association of Astronomy (HAS) to organize an outdoor observation at the My Dinh National Stadium, beginning at 7pm on December 10.

It will also organize small forums for observers to share their knowledge of astronomy on this occasion.
