Torrential rains inundate areas across Lao Cai province
VOV.VN - Heavy downpours have left several parts of Si Ma Cai commune of Si Ma Cai district in the northern province of Lao Cai submerged, with the local secondary school being hardest hit, according to the Si Ma Cai district People’s Committee.
