Thrilling masks sold at mid-autumn market in Hanoi’s Old Quarter

VOV.VN - While traditional toys are a popular purchase for the mid-autumn festival, like star-shaped lanterns, a variety of thrilling masks are also being sold at markets in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

Traditional markets in Luong Van Can, Hang Ma and Hang Luoc street are bustling with crowds on the occasion of the mid-autumn festival with several toys being of Chinese origin.
Some of the more thrilling toys are still sold publicly despite a recent ban on such items.
The price of these toys ranges from VND30,000 to VND50,000 each.
Most of the toys are of mysterious origin and are made in China.
Horror masks attract a large number of young people.
