During the event, a seminar on increasing the effectiveness of IT and telecommunications application in Thai Nguyen will take place. Experts will exchange experience in promoting the effectiveness of internet application in state and business management.

In addition, the organizing board will hold gameshows to find out about services of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group as well as the culture and history of Thai Nguyen city.

VDC will also organise a ceremony to give scholarships to 60 excellent but poor students with a total amount of VND60 million and other presents worth VND30 million to the Thai Nguyen city Fund for Poverty Reduction.
