VOV.VN - The country’s northern provinces, including the capital Hanoi, have been enduring a major hot spell during the summer with temperatures reaching up to 40 degrees Celsius.
Experts from the Central Hydro-meteorological Forecast Centre have stated that the hot weather on August 15 saw temperatures rise to between 35 and 37 degrees Celsius. Around midday temperatures even reached up to 40 degrees Celsius. |
