The KOTO Saigon Training Centre for street and disadvantaged youth from the central and southern provinces opened in Ho Chi Minh City on March 23.
Attending the opening ceremony were Graeme Swift, the consul general of Australia, and representatives of the local administration, businesses and non-government communities.

Over the past 10 years KOTO (Know One, Teach One), a non-profit hospitality training organization, has trained over 300 street and disadvantaged Vietnamese kids in Hanoi.
