Railways announce extra trains for Tet 2018
Vietnam Railway plans to operate extra trains for Tet (Lunar New Year Festival) from February 2 to March 4 next year.

There will also be extra trains on the Hanoi – Vinh, HCM City – Nha Trang, and HCM City – Phan Thiet routes.
During the Tet week (February 15 to 21) there will only be seven pairs of trains on the Hanoi – HCM City route.
The Hanoi Railway Transport Joint Stock Company and Sai Gon Railway Transport Joint Stock Company have also announced additional trains on many other routes.
The two companies also said they would add 30 new coaches each during the Lunar New Year.
