Pham Huong provides needy in Hai Phong with homes
VOV.VN - Last October Pham Huong was spotted making door-to-door delivery of food to flood victims in Quang Binh. All told she helped supply rice and 1,000 bags of needy supplies to those hit hard by the ravaging floods.

Three months ago, Miss Huong is seen in Hai Phong reaching out to victims ravished by the floods who had lost their homes and most all their worldly possessions. |

She says she is deeply moved by the plight of the people in her childhood home of Hai Phong and makes a commitment to raise funds to help them construct flood proof homes. |

She recently makes good on her commitment and returns to Hai Phong with the funds to construct three homes for residents. |

She also takes time off from building homes to visit the children at a local Hai Phong hospital. |
 |

Children are always one of her top priorities she says. |
