Parliament leader notes development potential of Lai Chau’s border district
National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan noticed the relatively big and diverse potential for development of Nam Nhun while visiting this border district of the north-western province of Lai Chau on March 11.
The parliament leader highlighted Nam Nhun’s wide forestry and unused land area of 49,726ha (or 36% of the total natural area), which is favourable for livestock farming.
