The two provinces of Quang Nam and Phu Yen will receive VND70 billion each while Quang Ngai gets VND60 billion. Binh Dinh will get VND50 billion and Quang Tri and Gia Lai, VND20 billion each. Binh Thuan and Dak Lak will be given VND10 billion each and Ninh Thuan VND5 billion.

The aid package is meant for the purchase of rice seeds, repair of infrastructure and assistance to flood victims.
