OV students celebrate Halloween

(VOV) - Overseas Vietnamese and other Asians studying at Cascadia University in Kirklands, Washington DC have held a Pumpkin Carving Party to celebrate Halloween.
In Western countries such as the US, Canada and the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Halloween parties often take place on October 31.
