Under the agreement, Oracle will grant software licenses of Oracle Database 10g. Oracle Application Serve 10g, and Oracle Developer Suite 10g to the faculty and provide training, seminars and workshops for teachers from December 2006.

Oracle will provide educational support services for the IT faculty to implement a long-term OA programme that will improve the IT skills of students.

Oracle courses will be offered to students at Hanoi University of Technology starting March 2007.

According to Oracle, this programme will help students learn Oracle technologies and ensure that they are better equipped for a career in information technology after graduation.
