Young Vietnamese people from 11 venues in foreign countries such as China, Russia, Japan, Singapore and the Czech Republic will join their counterparts in Vietnam in an online exchange starting at 1.30pm (Vietnam Time) on Wednesday.
The exchange aims to keep them updated on the Party, State and the national communist youth league’s policies toward overseas Vietnamese youths and encourage them to come up with ideas and suggestions about national construction.
The forum, which is expected to foster the unity of young Vietnamese people on a global scale, will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs (COVA).
The organizers include the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Federation and the Vietnam Students Association.
