Music performances for Overseas Vietnamese in Russia
(VOV) -As many as 3,500 overseas Vietnamese in Moscow recently attended a musical performance featuring a host of famous Vietnamese artists to usher in the upcoming lunar New Year of the Horse.
The event, held at Crocus City Hall, sought to enrich the lives of Vietnamese nationals and rekindle their nationalistic spirit through the rhythms of music from their homeland.
Vietnamese artists performing included singer My Linh, Ho Quynh Huong, Tuan Hung, Tan Nhan, Miu Le, Phuong My Chi, comedian Van Dung, MC Diem Quynh, composer Huy Tuan and director Viet Tu.
Organizers presented over VND100 million for charity to a Vietnam Television programme. The Vietnamese women's Association in Moscow raised VND40 million to help Agent Orange victims in Haiphong city.
