More than 6,200 prospective employees have applied to work overseas, with over 6,000 being accepted, according to a report on labor export.
Businesses involved in the field have cooperated with local authorities to organise vocational and language training courses for 4,500 workers.
They already sent 2,300 people to work in Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Libya, Saudi Arabia, and Japan.
