More than 12,000 meth pills seized in Quang Binh
Vietnamese and Lao law enforcement authorities have arrested five suspected drug traffickers in Laos’ Khammouane province in a joint operation.

Three suspects, all hailing from Khammouane in Boulapha district were arrested on September 1 in possession of 12,000 amphetamine pills.
Three days later, the investigation team seized two other, members in the ring, along with a truck and other objects in Hinboun district on September 4.
The joint force will continue investigating the case before handing the case over to the Lao side for prosecution.
