The campaign aims to uphold the moral tradition of “when drinking water, remembering its source” and promote the movement of “paying gratitude” in order to improve the spiritual and material lives of social beneficiaries.

PM Dung also asked agencies, social organizations, economic sectors and individuals to actively contribute to the “gratitude” fund and successfully implement the Party and State’s policies on social beneficiaries.

He urged Ministries, agencies and People’s Committees at all levels to cooperate with the Standing Board of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to provide instruction for the implementation of the campaign and realize its detailed plans.
