The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs will focus on perfecting place importance on perfecting a legal system with preferences for people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution, as part of its programme of action to mark the 60th War Invalids' and Fallen Combatants' Day (July 27).

The programme of action aims to make the movements of "paying debts of gratitude" to those who have rendered meritorious services to the nation become more effective and practical.

The programme of action is expected to raise from VND200-250 billion for the fund of "Paying Debts of Gratitude" between now and next July and to build and upgrade a total of 30,000 houses for war invalids or fallen combatants' families in the same period.
