Speaking at the ceremony, Minister of Public Security Le Hong Anh praised the establishment of the office which reflected the special friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos in general as well as among the police sectors of the two countries in particular.

He thanked the Lao Ministry of Security and other relevant agencies for creating favourable conditions for the completion of the high-quality construction of the project as scheduled. 

The office was built on an area of nearly 2,000 sq.m with an investment capital of VND30 billion.
