Minister Tuan speaks at IT trade fair in Tokyo
VOV.VN - On March 31, Minister Truong Minh Tuan of the Ministry of Information and Communications, who is currently visiting Tokyo, spoke at a Vietnam-Japan IT trade fair and exhibition.

Minister Tuan told the hundreds of representatives of an estimated 50 Japanese firms attending the event that he looked forward to observing numerous examples of advanced technology today.
He said the high turnout for the event reflected the ardent wish of Japanese firms to achieve high growth in the IT segment together with Vietnam.
Japan, he noted, has made significant advances in technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence, bringing in a new wave of digitalization while Vietnam still lags far behind.
However, Vietnamese companies are resolute in their determination to forge strong collaborative and cooperative ties with Japan with the goal of learning to become an advanced industrial nation.
