Man killed as truck crushes car on National Highway 1
VOV.VN - A man was killed on the morning of July 14 in a collision involving a truck and a passenger car on National Highway 1 in the northern province of Nam Dinh, reported the Zing online newspaper.

Police Major Nguyen Huu Dung said when rescuers arrived on the scene shortly after 9am, they found the driver of a Toyota Corolla seriously injured and pinned in his car beneath the trailer of the truck.
The driver, Le Van Duc, 29, from the ward of Bac Son in the town of Bim Son of Thanh Hoa Province succumbed to his injuries and died on the way to a local hospital.
The driver of the truck, Vu Duc Dan, 31, from Ha Nam Province was not injured.
The cause of the collision remained under investigation, noted Major Dung.
