Man dies after truck, 2 motorbikes collide in central Vietnam

VOV.VN - The Vietnam road toll has risen after a man died at the scene of an accident Tuesday, September 12, on Highway 610 in the town of Nam Phuoc in central Quang Nam Province. 

Police said Nguyen Thi Dai Trang, 32, was driving his motorbike on the highway when it collided with a second motorbike travelling in the same direction operated by Tran Thanh Tuan, 34.

The accident forced the motorbike driven by Trang into the path of an oncoming truck. Trang died at the scene. Tuan was taken to a local hospital where he remains in critical condition.

An investigation into the accident is continuing, said police.
