Man, 25, from HCM City killed instantly in tragic motorbike crash

VOV.VN - A 25-year-old man died today (August 10) after his motorbike collided with a semi-tractor at an intersection near the Tan Binh Industrial Zone in Ho Chi Minh City.

Police say the impact of the semi-tractor was so fierce it dragged the young motorbike driver a full 10 metres before coming to a stop and caused the driver and passenger in the cab to go through the windshield.

The semi-tractor was driven in an erratic and out of control manner, said police, adding they do not believe alcohol was a factor in the accident, which remains under investigation.
