Head of Sengsavanh university’s training bureau Phoutthavong Phatthadavong affirmed that this is the two universities’ big effort in post-graduate training cooperation.

“Laos is investing in human resources training and hi-tech to serve national development process,” he said.

The training programme is expected to start in June 2010 and last for two years.
