The chairman of the Kon Tom City People’s Committee has been asked to end temporary check points and encouraged local people to take preventive measures against a recurrence of the disease.

The Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development also directed the Veterinary Department to carefully monitor the situation of Kon Tum and neighbouring provinces and proposed necessary measures to prevent the spread of the disease.
