Addressing the ground-breaking ceremony, Masakazu Yasuhara, the company’s General Director, said the project will not only meet housing demand of Japanese investors but also help create a favourable investment environment in Ha Nam.

Nguyen Xuan Dong, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee said the project will contribute to improving the investment environment in Ha Nam as well as boosting the province’s socio-economic development.

He urged the management board of industrial parks in the province to create the best conditions for the investor to implement the project.
