At a press briefing in Hanoi on July 16, the Vietnam Cooperatives Alliance said the assembly is expected to bring together 300-500 delegates coming from around the world.

Under the theme “increasing the advantages of cooperatives in competitive environment”, the ICA-AP regional assembly aims to boost cooperation and exchange experiences between cooperatives in the region.

It also plans to put forth recommendations to regional governments on creating conditions for the development of cooperatives.
