The 22-year-old professional model, who won the crown of Miss Hai Duong province  in 2006, was the second runner-up in the Miss Vietnam Global pageant.

The Miss World 2009 pageant will take place in Johannesburg, South Africa, from November 11-December 12 with the participation of more than 100 candidates from around the world.
