Huawei, Vietnam partner on staff ICT capacity

VOV.VN - Huawei Technologies Co., a Chinese leading ICT global company, is partnering with the Vietnam government to provide ICT training for public and private sector personnel to promote more efficient services to the public.

A representative said Huawei is providing US$2 million for training over the next three years pursuant to a commitment that Huawei President Sun Yafang made with Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc during an earlier meeting.

The funding, said the rep, is part of the company’s corporate social responsibility to improve efficiency and proficiency of ICT personnel in the country and is designated for use in advancing the skills of ICT personnel.
