Historic flooding seriously affects Quang Nam people’s lives

Roads and streets in Hoi An are deep under water.

The floodwater level is almost equal to that of the historic flood in 1964.

Flooding adversely affected the daily life of local people.

People in Hoi An ancient town failed to cope with the flood that suddenly occurred at night.

Foreign visitors are evacuated to safer places.

Floodwater on Vu Gia River rose high, submerging Dai Loc gauging station.

Floods caused traffic congestion on Highway 1A.

Tam Ky City and Duy Xuyen, Dien Ban, and Dai Loc districts were inundated with floodwater.
