Heroin traffickers arrested in Bac Ninh
Police of the northern province of Bac Ninh have coordinated with provincial authorities to arrest two men illegally transporting 15 cakes (5kg) of heroin.

Vo Van An, born in 1976 and residing in Ea Drong commune, Buon Ho district of the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak, and Le Van Hung, born in 1978 and residing in Dlie Ya commune, Krong Nang district of Dak Lak, were found hiding the drug in empty spaces of their motorbike for transportation.
At the police office, the two admitted that they were hired to transport the heroin from Hoa Binh to Bac Ninh before they were arrested in Phu Chan commune, Tu Son district of Bac Ninh.
Bac Ninh province has being finalised procedures to start legal proceedings against the two in accordance with the law.
