HCM City leader pays tribute to late President
Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Dinh La Thang offered incense and paid floral tribute to the late President Ho Chi Minh at a museum and memorial park dedicated to him on September 2 on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of National Day.
