To prepare for the buffet party for 8,000 disabled people, Suoi Tien Entertainment and Cultural Park mobilized nearly 100 cooks, 40,000 dishes, 30,000 glasses, 1,000 pots and 100 cars to transport food. The party was estimated at VND500 million.

This is the 10^th consecutive year Suoi Tien Park has held the event. Apart from disabled people from 100 units and specialised schools in HCM City, the camp drew large numbers of participants from 10 provinces and cities in the southern region, namely Dong Thap, Tra Vinh, Can Tho, Ben Tre, Tien Giang, Dong Nai and Ba Ria-Vung Tau.        

The camp was organised by the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the city Youth Union and the Association of Sponsors for Disabled People and Orphans.
