HCM City evacuates over 4,000 people as other localities brace for typhoon Usagi
VOV.VN - HCM City People’s Committee has decided to evacuate over 4,000 people in Can Gio district by moving them to safe ground in order to cope with the ongoing developments of typhoon Usagi while other localities have also braced for the storm.

| Typhoon Usagi is forecast to make landfall in Phu Yen and Binh Thuan provinces at midnight on November 24, causing torrential rain and a high risk of landslides and flashfloods in the south-central and central highlands regions such as Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Thuan, Ben Tre, Khanh Hoa, Ba Ria Vung Tau and Lam Dong. |
