HCM City against high tide flood for third day

(VOV) - Heavy rain and the highest tide (1.6 metres) caused large-scale flooding in Ho Chi Minh City on October 28. This is the third consecutive day local people have coped with high tide floods.


Many streets and residential quarters have been flooded as from 5.30pm, October 28.

Flood water in Binh Tan district and districts No. 6 and 8.

Motorbikes are broken down.
