Hanoi has approved a financial plan for 2010 to improve the competitiveness of its animal husbandry industry and food safety.
Subsequently, VND3.5 billion will be allocated to the municipal Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD). Of this, nearly VND2.85 billion will be sourced from the International Development Association (IDA) and the remaining from the city’s budget.
