Ha Tinh police catch drug trafficker
VOV.VN - Border guards at Cau Treo International Border Gate and police in the central province of Ha Tinh have arrested a 32-year old man who was caught smuggling more than 3,000 methamphetamine pills.

Hoang Tuan Vinh, residing in Minh Lap commune, Dong Huy district, Thai Nguyen province was apprehended on March 15 while he was allegedly smuggling 16 plastic bags containing 3,200 methamphetamine pills through Cau Treo International Border Gate.
Vinh admitted to purchasing the drugs from a Lao woman at a price of VND60 million in order to resell for a profit and to use illegally.
