The project aims to encourage the participation of youth union members in providing consultation and vocational training activities in order to generate jobs for young people. It will help raise people’s awareness of the importance of providing vocational training and raising the rate of young people undergoing vocational training to 75-80 percent in 2010.

Apart from Government leans, the project will need further funding from other sources for its implementation in the 2007-2010 period.
