Under a decision signed on March 31, Bac Kan will receive 600 tonnes while Bac Giang will receive the rest. This is the second time in March the PM has allocated rice for these flood-hit provinces.

Earlier, the Government leader also decided to provide 1,350 tonnes of rice to Bac Giang people to overcome the aftermath of natural calamities last year.
