Five storey wooden house amazes viewers

VOV.VN - A business man from central Ha Tinh province has spent up to VND20 billion to build a five-storey house with the precious golden oak wood.

The house is situated on an area of 180 sq.m in Tran Phu Street, Ha Tinh city. It consists of 22 pillars, the biggest one is 17.5 metres high and 95 cm in diameter.

Owner of the house, Mr Nguyen Van Lan said he used 450 c.m of golden oak wood bought from Laos. The house is expected to be completed in six months.

Lan also owns a two-storey house made of iron wood with unique architecture of Nha Ruong (traditional garden house of Hue royal city). This house covers 360 sq.m behind the new house and is now used as a coffee shop.
