Firefighters tackle three massive fires in Nghe An

A large fire broke out at a furniture workshop at Vinh Tan ward in Vinh city at about 7.30pm. Immediately after hearing the news seven fire engines and almost 100 firefighters rushed to the scene to tackle the blaze.

Meanwhile, at 8:30pm, two fire engines and more than 20 firefighters were called to extinguish the fire at a house in Tran Binh Trong road, Dong Vinh ward, Vinh City.

The same day, dozens of firefighters also tackled fire at a power station in Van Son commune, Do Luong district.

The cause of the incidents is under investigation.
