The Finnish non-governmental organisation Fida International will provide US$213,000 for a project on the disabled in the central city of Da Nang during the 2010-2014 period.
The project will focus on providing education and vocational training for the disabled, improving their professional skills and creating opportunities for them to increase their incomes.
The first phase of the project, lasting 4 years, will end in May 2010 in several schools in the city.
