Participants were informed about Vietnam’s policy of sending Vietnamese students to study in Russia and focused on discussing how to improve education work among the Vietnamese community living and working in Russia.

Timofei Spivak, director of the Moscow Contemporary Arts Institute, said the exchange provided a good chance for Vietnamese and Russian colleagues to discuss the education of Vietnamese students in Russia. He expressed his hope to take part in training more Vietnamese students in the field of modern art.

Currently, the number of Vietnamese students accounts for one tenth of total foreign students in Russia.
