Major tasks outlined in the plan include further improvement of relevant legal documents, strengthening of State management capacity at local level and building testing systems for drugs, food and cosmetics.

The project also proposes solutions for implementing these tasks regarding policy, investment and finance, human resource training, international co-operation, education and sanctions for violations.

The Ministry of Health, relevant agencies and local authorities will be responsible for project implementation.
