Nearly four tonnes of medical equipment for dialysis donated by the Toulouse-based hospital Purpan arrived in Hanoi on June 2 aboard a new Vietnam Airlines A321.

The equipment included 12 generators, two video screens, catheters and many appliances and spares. The aircraft left the assembly line in Hamburg , Germany , on June 1.

The new aircraft was the 17th A321 delivered to Vietnam Airlines from an order of 41.
