Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan has assigned the Ministries of Health, Investment and Planning and Finance to agree on the scale of receiving the batch of A/H1N1 flu vaccine provided by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as part of non-refundable aid.
The Deputy PM has asked for the effective use of the vaccine to avoid wastefulness.
The Ministry of Health must be responsible for asking the Prime Minister to approve reception of the vaccine lot in conformity with government Decree No 131/2006/ND-CP on the management and utilisation of official development assistance (ODA) source.
